When to contact me

Some people contact me even before a problem arises. Others get in touch as soon as they become aware of a problem and, for others, it’s when the problem has become too much to cope with on their own. Only you can decide when you are ready to get in touch.

But everyone is different and everyone will have their own reasons for contacting me. It may be something specific or it may be something that’s much more general and often difficult to explain, such as:

  • Coping with a single problem, or with many
  • Finding ways to deal with a very specific problem
  • Feeling confused or upset by people or situations
  • Understanding your feelings
  • Having too many choices or having no options at all
